30 About Us Tony Lindesay Tony started in commercial estate agency in the West End of London in 1985. He worked for independent companies in London as a negotiator and then manager until the large Institutions bought them out. Tony was relocated by a corporate agent to be Regional Operations Director for Hampshire, Surrey, Sussex and Dorset in 1990, with responsibility for 36 branches. He started Lindesays in 1994. A family man, Tony has a wife, Lucy, and two children, Freddie and Penny. He lives in Winchester and is a governor of St. Faith's Primary School. In his rare moments of relaxation, Tony plays tennis, enjoys watching rugby. Any spare moments away from his long office hours generally find him indulging in his passion for sailing, refitting the boat that he keeps on the Hamble. Anthony Arkwright Anthony started work in an independent residential agency in London in 1984, soon managing a variety of offices in the area. Having moved around Surrey, Buckinghamshire and Hampshire as area director, Anthony settled in Winchester in 1993 and joined Lindesays in 1997 to start up the Winchester office and thus begin the expansion of the Lindesays group. Anthony is married to Annie and has three sons - Harry, Charlie and Ferdie. Anthony is finding that an increasing amount of his spare time taken up with watching his sons in their numerous sporting pursuits. Jason Guard Having grown up in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Jason returned to the UK and trained as a professional photographer. Having built up a successful photography business, his interest was drawn towards estate agency, and he was invited to join Lindesays in 1995. Jason performed so strongly that he became a director in 1999. Based in the Eastleigh office, Jason lives in Netley Abbey is newly married to Kate and he claims to spend most of his time in the office! He is also a black belt in judo so we don't argue with him!
